born June 28, 1949, Graduated with Bachelor of Arts in History
from Simon Fraser University in 1976 and obtained his Bachelor
of Laws from the University of British Columbia, 1979.
Glen Greene has been practicing law
in Smithers since 1980. He has practiced as a general sole
practitioner since 1990. He was the President of the County
of Prince Rupert Bar Association from 1983 to 1990, and he
was a Governor of the B.C. Trial Lawyers Association
from 1988 – 2000.
Glen Greene has been a dedicated participant
in community affairs for nearly 30 years. In the 1970s
he was the secretary of the Vancouver Scribes Rugby Football
and committee member of the Vancouver Rugby Union. He is the
founder of the Smithers Rugby Club. Glen Greene has been an
active member of the Smithers Rotary Club since 1984, and
is a past President and Executive Intermittent of that Chapter.
He is a former Alderman for the Town of Smithers, and a past
Vice President and coach for the Smithers Minor Hockey Association.
Glen Greene is a general practitioner
whose practice areas include Real estate, company law, family,
criminal, wills and estates, trial and appeal litigation,
personal injury, administrative law and creditors remedies.
He has a very successful criminal and litigation practice. |
